FAQ
VMD, POP, POSM, retail fixtures, tradeshow display support, product displays, CAD drafting, prototype/sample coordination, and production management.
Yes. Concept design, basic drawing work, productization review with sample production, and mass production can be requested separately. When possible, moving through the units in order creates the cleanest handoff.
Yes. The project brief captures whether CAD is available, needs to be created, or is still unclear.
Yes. Interactive and AI display projects can coordinate the fixture, commercial electronics, custom application, controlled AI behavior, working sample, and production path. The first step is to define what the visitor should do and how the display should respond.
Yes. The operating model includes prototype or sample planning, QC evidence, revision notes, and customer approval before mass production.
No. Korea-based production is one available path when the materials, quantity, schedule, and delivery plan fit the project. The production route is selected around project needs rather than treated as a requirement.
No. Country of origin alone does not guarantee quality. Form & Proof controls quality through an approved sample and current requirements, critical-dimension checks, assembly and stability review, finish standards, photo-documented QC, pack-out alignment, and release status.
The Case Studies page shows representative concept cases, and the Resources page includes service packages, a material library, a consultation checklist, QC steps, and a downloadable brochure.
The work is not treated as automatically buildable. Defect-prone areas and non-viable design details are identified first, then the design or CAD direction is revised toward a practical production path.
No. If Form & Proof creates basic drawings, those basic drawings can be provided. Modified production drawings are not provided as customer deliverables because the revisions created during productization and sample production are Form & Proof production know-how and trade secret material.
Yes. In that case, independent production should proceed from the provided basic drawings, when applicable, and the approved physical sample rather than from modified production drawings developed by Form & Proof.
No. Initial intake is stored for review. External sends and business commitments require explicit approval.
