Services

Four service units, commissioned separately or in sequence.

Form & Proof supports VMD, POP, POSM, retail fixtures, product displays, and tradeshow-related display programs through concept design, basic drawings, sample productization review, and mass production.

Productization Review, Drawing Revision, and Sample Production

Review defect-prone details, define non-viable design areas, revise the production direction, and coordinate a sample product for approval.

Mass Production

Coordinate approved production through Korea-based production partners when the project fit is right, with finish standards, critical-dimension checks, assembly review, photo-documented QC, pack-out alignment, and shipping readiness.

Technology-Enabled Display Projects

Physical fixtures can include responsive electronics, custom software, and controlled AI experiences.

Form & Proof can develop the visitor interaction, fixture, electronics integration, application, AI behavior, working sample, and production path as one coordinated display system. Technology integration follows the same four service units shown above.

01 · SenseTouch, product lift, RFID, NFC, presence, and edge vision
02 · ComputeLocal applications, approved product data, rules, and controlled AI
03 · RespondScreen content, comparison, lighting, audio, configuration, and handoff
04 · OperateOffline fallback, remote content, device health, release control, and rollout QC

Deliverables and production know-how

Basic drawings and sample-stage production revisions are treated differently.

If Form & Proof creates the basic drawings for a project, those basic drawings can be provided as part of that unit. Drawings revised during productization and sample production are Form & Proof production know-how and trade secret material, so modified production drawings are not provided as customer deliverables.

If a customer requests only sample production and later manages mass production independently, the customer should proceed from the provided basic drawings, when applicable, and the approved physical sample.
